Our new subscription telephone support service; provides a 'light touch' HR Support Service to small businesses, with only a small number of staff and for whom our full HR Support Service isn't really appropriate. There are three levels of support package available and these are outlined in detail below. We've once again gone to Italy for inspiration when it came to naming this service; Primo Punto HR, meaning 'First Point' HR and we hope to become the first point of contact for a range of clients who need assistance when dealing with employee issues...

What is Included?
Our Premium Retained Support Service includes the following:
Development and Review of HR Policies and Procedures and associated documentation ensuring that the organisation remains compliant with current legislation
HR Bureau Service (providing bespoke letters and contracts as and when required)
Provision of advice and guidance when dealing with staffing issues
Additional and unlimited e-mail support when needed
Delivery of staff training/updates as required.
To act as an independent advisor/investigator for internal processes (an additional charge at an agreed hourly rate will be applicable for this service)
All of this for just
£1,000 per annum

1 face-to-face meeting within a 20-mile radius
5 ten minute advice calls per year*
Additional and unlimited e-mail support when needed
5% discount on delegate places for planned workshops throughout the year**
News updates ~ including alerts which may require changes to be made to existing policies.
All of this for just
£250 per annum

What is Included?
Our Classic Support Service includes the following:
Up to 3 face-to-face meetings within a 20-mile radius
10 ten minute advice calls per year*
Follow-up correspondence e.g. wording for letters, where this is needed
Additional and unlimited e-mail support when needed
7.5% discount on delegate places for planned workshops throughout the year**
News updates ~ including alerts which may require changes to be made to existing policies
All of this for just
£450 per annum
... That's just £33 per month
In addition, for every subscriber, we will:
Conduct a FREE audit of existing policies and handbooks to ensure that they are compliant with current legislation.
Offer additional HR support for more complex issues or to support future planning and development of the workforce at a reduced rate of £280 per day plus VAT
* Additional calls over subscription limits will be charged at £25 per call
** Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount
